As most of you know, I had suffered from anxiety, depression and insomnia for most of my life, starting as a child. As an adult, I was doing everything I thought I should be doing to help myself. For years, therapy and medication helped to keep my head above water. I wasn’t drowning, but I certainly wasn’t swimming to shore either. When I learned Vedic Meditation, that changed.
