How to Get Started
1. Complete Questionnaire and Book a Time
Complete a series of questions to be discussed during the Initial Consultation. Then schedule a time to meet over videoconference. Ben will review your answers before the meeting.
2. Meet with Ben
During the Initial Consultation meeting, Ben will review and discuss your answers to gain a deeper understanding into who you are and what challenges you are currently facing in your life.
3. Create Your Growth Path
Based on your meeting, Ben will develop a personal plan for you to follow to meet your needs and goals.
A former attorney and fitness professional, Ben Turshen is a renowned teacher of meditation and breathwork. Ben has nearly two decades of experience in health and wellness and has worked with everyone from Olympic athletes, Michelin star chefs, award winning actors, and Fortune 500 executives to four-year old children. He has taught at various local and international schools, businesses and organizations, as well as The Cleveland Clinic and Syracuse University.
