How to Get Started
1. Complete Questionnaire and Book a Time
Complete a series of questions to be discussed during the Initial Consultation. Then schedule a time to meet over videoconference. Ben will review your answers before the meeting.
2. Meet with Ben
During the Initial Consultation meeting, Ben will review and discuss your answers to gain a deeper understanding into who you are and what challenges you are currently facing in your life.
3. Create Your Growth Path
Based on your meeting, Ben will develop a personal plan for you to follow to meet your needs and goals.
Ben’s mission is to facilitate relief from suffering and the expansion of happiness by providing the best learning experience and support for his Vedic Meditation students.
He is based in New York City, where he teaches Vedic Meditation to individuals, small groups and companies out of his private Manhattan studio as well as on-site.
